IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single legal entity) and Asko Trade OÜ (registry code 14462595), the developer of DocxForge Pro ("Licensor"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using DocxForge Pro ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
The Licensor (Asko Trade OÜ) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for a specific term (not exceeding a 2-year term) as specified at the time of purchase. This is a license to use the Software, not a sale of the Software.
Updates and Maintenance: The Licensor may, strictly at their sole discretion and if deemed technically and commercially feasible, release software updates or bug fixes. You acknowledge that you have no legal entitlement to receive any updates, and the Licensor is under no obligation to provide them, nor to fulfill feature requests or offer technical support.
DocxForge Pro performs document generation locally on your machine. The Licensor does not collect, store, transmit, or have any access to your Excel data, Word templates, generated Word/PDF documents, image assets, or any other proprietary business information.
License Verification: While document processing is local, the Software may require a minimal, periodic internet connection (up to once per day) solely to verify the validity of your license key and prevent piracy. This verification transmits only licensing metadata as described in the Privacy Policy and never uploads your documents or file contents.
Data Loss: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The Licensor is not responsible for any corrupted files, lost data, or system crashes resulting from the generation of large document batches.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT IT WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH FUTURE WINDOWS OR MICROSOFT OFFICE UPDATES. YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSEQUENCES: THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES, OUTCOMES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER AFFECTING YOU (THE USER) OR ANY THIRD PARTIES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: IN ANY CASE, THE LICENSOR'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE (not exceeding $79 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor (Asko Trade OÜ) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings (whether legal or administrative), and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Chargeback Abuse: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute via your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund through our official support channels, your license will be immediately and permanently revoked, and you will be barred from future purchases.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Licensor may terminate this EULA unilaterally if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Furthermore, the Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the Software at any time, for any reason, at their sole discretion. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and your license key will be deactivated without any refund.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Poltava, Ukraine, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
